We've had some reports of temperature sensor ( silver bullet ) or temp+humidity ( white box ) sensors not showing data on the charts ( for only some control units ), and not showing on the device control panel. We're investigating this and will put further news here. Watch this topic to get an email update.
Hi all - we still have an issue whereby the odd temperature and humidity reading from wired sensors is missed, which means that the web app dashboard for a device shows no temp/humid reading. It should come in on the next update from the device ( and the device is using the correct values all along, anyway ).
We have a fix in progress for this, which will be automatically applied to your control unit. Watch this topic ( button at the bottom of the screen ) for an update.
I received a new control box and sensors a few weeks ago. Sensor 2 is no longer providing moisture readings, it is showing temperature readings. I have tried it in several places including in the same pot as sensor 1 - it continues to show 0%. Any suggestions?

It sounds faulty, and I’m not aware of any way to test them, the best thing you can do is to call Harvst 0333 090 5440 they should be able to check the history of any readings generated, if it’s on Wifi.

It looks like your control box might be in offline mode, as I can't find anything with your name on our system. Do you have the control box ID or the wifi code it transmits? I will investigate.

Ah, found it. Could I ask you to bring the sensor indoors to charge it, and while it's charging connect it in "stand alone mode", directly to your wifi, and we will do a firmware update. Yours is an early 2022 model which could do with an update. It will start flashing fast once it's connected to the internet and is downloading the new firmware.
