Watermate pro - not connecting

Hi
We've just set up the watermate pro. The only thing that hasn't been done is clipping the piping around the greenhouse. We were waiting to ensure everything was working. Which it's not.

I've added my device 3 times now. Yet when I go into device info I get last reading 18.3.22 although i only bought this on the 21.3.22. When I try and connect with the http I get the image below.

Firmware is 2022030702

It's all getting very frustrating so assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Mildred, first of all we'll need to ascertain if you are trying to connect in online mode or offline mode. If you're going to use offline mode ( no wifi in the greenhouse ) then you won't ever need to use the web app for controlling it ( the web app is link ).

If you are wanting to connect in online mode, then you will first need to configure the control box to talk to the Harvst servers ( via the internet ) by giving it your home wifi details. The two methods of connection are outlined in videos here: link

The black "control panel" button will only take you to the device control panel ( which is a screen transmitted by the device itself ) if the control box has been configured for online mode and is awake ( green light flashing on top ).

The "last connection time" before you bought the system was when it was going through final test at HQ; all boxes are tested before leaving here.

It is offline. So i assume i am just using the 2 zones and the times that are set there?

Hi Mildred - if you can get to the device control panel ( the screen has a grey background and two buttons for zones "1" and "2" ) then you're in the right place. Setting the values there will do what you need.
