Support issue

I’ve had a support ticket open for nearly three weeks and so far the only thing the agent has tried is to change the firmware ( which they have been unable to do ). I’ve chased multiple times this week and had no responses. Can someone look into this please?

The ticket is “ Harvst WaterMate Pro - rapidly flashing green light”

I see a control unit which appears to be yours which was last online 13 May 2025 18:26:20
I'll check in with Charlotte tomorrow to see what the status is. We don't have full time support so excuse the delay; and do chase if you feel something has slipped through the cracks our end, it can happen.
