Valve not working

Recently received the June update but now 1 of the 2 control valves refuses to open and work. Don't know if it's related to the update .

Hi there - no, a firmware update won't affect the water valves. They are not serviceable units, so if it's definitely the water valve unit ( ie one zone works but the other doesn't ), we can send you a new one if they are within the 1 year warranty period. Do you have an order ID?
