Hi, How do I update the firmware on the control unit, it’s a solar unit not connected to wi-fi

Hi Mark - you will need to connect it to WiFi and it will pick up the latest version automatically. If you can leave it online a couple of hours I'll keep an eye out and make sure it's done OK. Chris

How do I connect it to wi-fi? If I connect to the Harvst wi-fi this is what comes up on the app,
If I try to connect to my home wi-fi I qet this message
192.168.4.1. Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding

I see your control unit isn't online yet ... if you go to link there is a video where we show you how to configure in online mode.
