No update on app recieved

Hi, my app hasn't updated and I can't seem to connect to my box when connected to its direct WiFi

It also is not recieving any updated I make in the app

Please help!

Hi Jamangle,
When you try to connect your phone to the control unit wifi network ( I assume a watermate? ), what problem do you encounter exactly? Can you let me know which step from this guide you stop at?: link

It just stops at step 2. I'm connected, but I can't load the admin screen

192.168.1.173 is the ip. "This site may be permanently down or have moved to a new address"
