Why it does not wake up?

HI All,
New to this community and have set up the device, but as its all new to me, wonder if someone can help let me know why my device stopped trasnmitting 6pm yesterday and did not wake up today?

We have a feeling your battery is not healthy, potentially not retaining charge. Could you pop an email to support@ and we'll continue there?
