Hello, I have noticed that the WaterMate does not seem to store the historical data and is only showing 3-4 days in the data view. is there any way to extend this or to link the data to an external data source so I can see my entire seasons data?
Hi Dickey - sorry about the delayed reply here. We store all the data for 6 months, but the chart only shows the last 1000 data points to prevent it from taking too long to load. We hope to work on ways to improve this, and at some point make more historical data available to view and/or download. If you are happy with a fairly raw CSV file I can send your control unit's data by email?
Hi Chris, I have the same issue here.
Removed my good old Elitech temperature monitoring device thinking Harvst would log all temperature ( and hygro ) for a few months. When I open the few CSV files that I saved, I can only see about 230 entries in each file
I am happy to get a raw csv file if you can send it to me.
The second issue is that there is no time stamp in the csv files! This doesn't make sense. I can see a column on the far left called 'category' which shows only the date for the 96 daily entries!
