I control my H1 by going to:

Login
3 dashes ( menu )
My Locations
Choose the option where it says 1 connected device ( if none showing connected device then follow the installation process to connect your device )
It will then show two tabs device and data. Underneath will show last reading date and time.
Click settings
Open device control panel
Then you should be able to see option to change the heat mat temp ( mine is called nursery )

I’ve just reset up my h mini and added a heat pad.
I can’t seem to find when I can control the heat pad.
Can someone help please?
