H2 firmware not updated

Hello,
My H2 firmware is still at 2024012000. I can't get into the device control panel. How do I update the firmware? Also, can you send me a cover for the flashing lights at the back? Thanks.

Hi, I see your H2 is coming online from time to time. I have set it to update to 2024121200
