The recent update to Apple iOS appears to cause some phones to reject the Harvst Device Control Panel with a "cannot parse page" message.

We are investigating the cause of this, and whether it's something we can change, or whether the fix is on Apple's side, or the device in use. Watch this topic to get updates as we learn more.

I thought it was just me and by dodgy system causing this!
Hopefully can get it fixed

Is anyone still getting the 'cannot parse page' message when trying to connect to their control unit? We believed this issue was sorted but have had a few new reports.

Have just tried to log in with my device WiFi in order to change the home WiFi settings and have the “cannot parse page” message coming up.

Yes, me too. ‘Cannot Parse Response’ message coming up since last IOS update. No control over the system now, other than to turn it off!

Just commissioned my new S8 mini greenhouse. Had the cannot parse problem on my iPad and still do using Safari. But it works fine on Chrome.

Thanks Vixen. Have downloaded Chrome & it’s now working fine! 👍😊
