hello, recently changed internet provider and came with a new router / new password etc. Turned the control box on, connected through wifi on my phone and told the router to reset wifi settings. It seemed to do so successfully but now when I boot it up it doesn't give me an option to add a new wifi connection. any tips? thanks
Great stuff. We've also updated your firmware so you now have a "factory reset" feature should you need to do this more easily in the future. Just hold the wake button down until you get 4 low beeps then let go. WiFi details will be erased.
This is how to do a WiFi reset:
1. Turn the box on in OFFLINE mode, so it won't look for your non existent WiFi, by holding the wake button down while you turn it on. You'll get a long beep followed by two short beeps.
2. Press the wake button down again, and hold it for at least 15 seconds, until you get four low beeps. Now let go.
3. The box will reboot, and go back into configuration mode, where it will transmit "harvst-wifi" after a while of looking for a network.
"harvst-wifi" is the configuration network, which is only used while setting up, to tell the box your wifi details. The box will start with fast beeps, and when it goes to slow beeps, you will get harvst-wifi.
A wifi reset removes all stored wifi details, and sets the box back to online mode.
