I am having trouble with the graphs they have stopped displaying the heating and lighting status but is still showing the outside temperature and watering. The system appears to be controlling but the override not working. What is wrong.

We've temporarily switched off the ability to see the heater and light status on the charts; there was something in the code which was causing extra slow load times when the units were sending data to our servers. For override, we are seeing that some home wifi networks just don't want to communicate between the app and the device, so we recommend that you use the control panel itself to override ( override isn't supported when not on your home network anyway ).
I'll update again here when we manage to resurrect the display of heater+light status on the charts ( which are also undergoing an upgrade for the next version of the app, due later this week ).

Just an update - the heating and light outputs are not showing on the chart as in some situations the control system is flipping the heater on/off pretty often to maintain the target temperature ( as intended ) but this is sending more data to the servers than is really sensible. You'd just see a solid block of red heater on/off. For now, we're going to leave as-is.
