I have emailed but given I won't get any reply until Monday I thought I would ask here as its frustrating me and also giving me some anxiety.
I was installing the watermate pro and a trip incident over the solar power cable resulted in the cable dislodging.
I am hoping I can post it back for what would be a very simple repair but I am frighten of trying myself
Do they typically offer this kind of customer service?
