No response from control unit.

My Harvst mini solar control unit stopped sending battery info and temperature data in January. It doesn’t water according to settings in the app.
I am unable to access the control panel although the unit is powered and will emit the Harvst internet signal. I have tried to access the 192.168.4.1 control panel using multiple devices without success. I have tried factory reset without success. Be grateful for advice.

Hi. The server has not seen data from your system since January either.
If the unit is emitting the wifi, what exactly happens when you try to connect to it with your phone? Ensure the device is staying awake long enough for you to connect ( green flashing light on the top left wake button ) Screen shots are handy ( send to our support email )

The green light stays on for minutes- long enough for several attempts to reach the control panel. ( I made sure 4G and other internets off ). I cleared the cache on my browser ( which didn’t help ). One thing I noticed is that my browser seems to get stuck trying to use Google search for the control panel ie looking for the internet?

OK, make sure you don't put the IP address into the search field ... put the IP into the browser URL field. Is it that?

Double checked. I am using correct URL field it just won’t go there for any device I have tried. I just get a blank screen.
