Control unit stopped working

The control unit has stopped working. No beeps so I assume not charging. All connections seem ok and sunny days. Any suggestions?

Hi there - if you've had it on charge for a few days and it's not turning on at all, we can have a look for you if you can return it to: Harvst, Teifi Warehouse, Pwllhai, Cardigan, SA43 1DF
