Hello - I am at a loss. I am receiving Harvst Pump alerts and whatever I do this still occurs intermittently. I flushed out all the pipes, then the pump blew a fuse so after replacing the fuse ( no better ) I replaced the pump, but intermittently I continued to receive the alerts. I replaced some of the piping, reduced the length of it and ensured the pump was pumping strongly when no pipes attached. I raised the height of the pump in the barrel in case any muck was down there ( shouldn’t be ) and of course have been clearing the filter regularly. So what else can I do?
The low tank warning / pump alert is triggered by the amount of current the pump is pulling. If it's not pulling enough current, the system thinks it's either ( a ) pumping air or ( b ) failed completely, ie open circuit.
When the mini pumps fail, it's usually a short circuit ( high current ) which triggers the fault shutdown, which doesn't send you the email. It may be that your system is taking a while to prime? In which case ... you can extend the wait time before the pump current is sensed, using the option at the botton of the relevant zone settings screen on the Device Control Panel.
Have you tried "Calibrating the low water threshold" if not see link
