Silver bullet temperature no data

Hi there, my control box stop showing temperature data recently, it’s hard wired to a silver bullet sensor, what can I do to troubleshoot please?

Hi Kevin - you say "hard wired" but it should be a removable sensor with a plug and socket. These sensors are incredibly robust and rarely fail [it is however possible], could you possibly check the plug/socket look dry and clean?

Hi harvst, the area looks dry and I have tried unplugging and plugging back in, didn’t seems to do anything unfortunately, any suggestions?

Hi Kevin, all I can suggest is we pop a new one in the post to see if it's the sensor at fault. I'll get that done ASAP. Chris
