Hi I have a new system and set it up today my device has been registered and I’ve had an email to confirm. I’ve set the panel up online and offline. On the app I get the same message : Latest changes have not yet been received by control unit. They will be received within 30 minutes, if the control unit is turned on and wifi is configured.
The unit is on and Wi-Fi configured but no watering! I’ve tried to connect to http://192.168.4.1/ and http://192.168.1.99/ but the pages cannot be opened as the server stops responding!
Not a great start to my watering system.
Any help please?
The system does need a go Wi-Fi signal in my opinion and you need to be connected to same network when entering the IP address. Ie mine doesn’t work outside of my home network if I am on 4g etc. I’ve actually ended up putting a WiFi booster outside to stop random disconnects.
Our servers indicate that your control unit has not yet connected to the Harvst servers ( to get the settings ). When you say you have configured WiFi, did you run through the "harvst-wifi" connection, and then enter your home wifi details?

When your control unit connects to our servers, it will do a firmware update ( fast flashing on the LED ) for a few minutes.
Hi I’ve managed after a few attempts to connect to the server and set the watering times/durations via the web app but the watering system does not run at the times programmed. I’m still getting issues connecting to the server. I have managed to run the system to test via the water now option for different durations and both zones. Any further advice please?
Hi Robert - from our records your device ID is 9480BC519140, and it's not yet connected to our servers. Could you confirm this is the device you are working with? It's on a sticker on the back, or if it's already mounted to something, you can get the ID from the system control panel when you log on to the box wifi network [harvst-9480]

When you turn on the box, you will get "harvst-wifi" which you can connect to on your phone.
This is the device control panel, not the web app. The web app is for boxes connected in online mode.
If you can configure the box in ONLINE mode ( following the steps here: link ) then we can update the firmware and check everything looks OK.
