I managed to pair the sensor ok and it showed up in the web app. The next day it didn’t show any updated data but the wired temp did. Tried unpairing and pairing again, I unpaired it in the web app too. Now it will pair in offline but not show up at all in the web app. I cannot connect to the sensor directly to get its I’d code for some reason

Could you pair it with your control unit again, and we'll push a firmware update to it? Make sure the sensor is also within range of your home wifi router.

Hi Chris I’ve managed to connect it to the home Wi-Fi and have decided to use it in another location so not so important to pair it with WaterMate now. The latest firmware would be nice though. Do I need to pair it to get the firmware or can you send it directly to the device now?

Now that it's connected directly to WiFi we can push a firmware update from here. It will update [to 2023040704] on the next connection to our servers.
